The Register of Beneficial Owners is an electronic public administration information system maintained by the competent courts. The system is centrally administered by the Ministry of Justice. The Register of Beneficial Owners is not a public register within the meaning of Act No. 304/2013 Coll., although from a technical perspective it operates on the same platform as other public registers.
The register records legally required information about the so-called beneficial owners of legal entities based in the Czech Republic, as well as certain legal arrangements.
We offer issuance of partial extracts from the Register of Beneficial Owners, including all required certifications:
To obtain an extract from the Register of Beneficial Owners, we only need the company ID number (IČO) or the name of the entity.
The standard processing time for issuing an extract is 3 business days. However, we also provide express processing within 2, 4, 8, 12, or 24 hours from the moment the order is received. You can find more details about processing times here.
If needed, we can also provide certified translations of extracts into all languages officially registered in the Czech Republic.
