It includes records of ownership rights, other property rights, and additional rights defined by law. The Land Register serves as a key source of information used to protect property rights, for tax and fee purposes, for environmental protection, for the protection of agricultural and forest land, mineral resources, and cultural monuments. It supports regional development, property valuation, scientific and economic research, statistics, and the creation of other information systems.

To obtain a Land Register extract, we will need information about the person and the property for which you require the extract.
The standard processing time for issuing an extract is 3 business days. However, we also provide express processing within 2, 4, 8, 12, or 24 hours from the moment the order is received. You can find more details about processing times here.
If needed, we can also provide certified translations of extracts into all languages officially registered in the Czech Republic.
