The Collection of Deeds is part of the Commercial Register available on the justice.cz portal. It is a publicly accessible section containing documents prescribed by law that business companies are required to file. Companies registered in the Commercial Register must deposit certain documents into the Collection of Deeds, where they become publicly accessible.
