Obtaining Authorized Document Conversion

Document conversion is the process of converting a document from paper to electronic form, or vice versa, ensuring that the resulting document has the same legal effect as the original. This service is called authorized conversion and is carried out at public administration offices such as branches of the Czech Post, notary offices, and government offices within the Czech POINT system.

We offer the issuance of converted documents, including all required certifications:

 

To obtain an authorized document conversion, we will need you to provide one of the following:

  • the conversion slip of a document sent to a data mailbox,

  • a PDF document with a recognized electronic signature, mark, or seal,

  • confirmation of the document’s submission to the Czech POINT Deposit

Processing Times for Document Conversion

The standard processing time for document conversion is 3 business days. However, we also provide express processing within 2, 4, 8, 12, or 24 hours from the moment the order is received. You can find more details about processing times here.

Languages for Certified Translations of Document Conversion

If needed, we can also provide certified translations of documents into all languages officially registered in the Czech Republic.

Delivery Options for Document Conversion
