The Trade Licensing Register contains information about individuals and legal entities that currently hold or previously held a trade license. It includes data not only on domestic entrepreneurs but also on foreign persons conducting business in the Czech Republic.
An extract from the Trade Licensing Register is an official record from a public administrative information system managed by the Ministry of Industry and Trade and operated by local Trade Licensing Offices (departments of municipal offices with extended powers and, in Prague, the trade licensing departments of designated municipal district offices) as well as regional Trade Licensing Offices (departments of regional authorities and, in Prague, the Trade Licensing Department of the Prague City Hall).

To obtain an extract from the Trade Licensing Register, we only need the company ID number (IČO).
The standard processing time for issuing an extract is 3 business days. However, we also provide express processing within 2, 4, 8, 12, or 24 hours from the moment the order is received. You can find more details about processing times here.
