Notarial Services

Although we do not have a notary directly in our office, we can arrange and provide a wide range of notarial services for you.
In addition to standard document certification (vidimation), we can also obtain and issue documents from public registers and records on your behalf.
We do not draft powers of attorney or any other legal documents.
Signature verification/legalization cannot be carried out in our office.

What is notarial certification?

Notarial certification is the verification that a copy of a document matches its original.
This process, known as vidimation, does not confirm the truthfulness or accuracy of the information contained in the document, or its compliance with legal regulations—the notary is not responsible for the content of the document.

To obtain a notarized copy, we will need you to provide the original document to our office.
Notarized copies cannot be issued while you wait.

Notarial certification cannot be performed:

  • for copies of ID cards, driver’s licenses, passports, firearms licenses, service IDs, military booklets, residence permits for foreigners, fishing or hunting licenses, or other IDs, passbooks, checks, bills of exchange, or other securities, lottery tickets or betting slips, for bills of exchange protests, for geometric plans, drawings, or technical sketches,
  • if the document is not stamped or signed in original form,
  • if the document contains changes, additions, insertions, or deletions that may undermine its credibility,
  • if the document contains embossed text or an embossed seal.

*Can be arranged on the basis of an officially certified power of attorney. For more details, please do not hesitate to contact us.
