The standard delivery time is 3 working days.

Yes, we are here for you from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM every working day (non-stop).

Unfortunately we don’t. We are available every working day, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Depending on the type of document and language combination, and subject to our current capacities, the translation can be completed the next day with a 30% surcharge or on the day of ordering with a 50% surcharge. The minimum completion time is 2-4 hours.

Payments and prices

You can receive a preliminary price for the services you require by phone, by email, or through the online inquiry form.

  • Translations are billed per standard page (NS) of the translation. 1 NS = 1,500 characters without spaces or 1,800 characters including spaces of the target text.
  • Each document is billed separately.
  • Each started page is counted as a full page.
  • When visiting in person, a deposit or the entire order is typically paid in advance.
  • For online orders, a pro forma invoice is sent for payment in advance.
  • We also send a pro forma invoice for orders placed by mail.
  • For regular customers, the payment method can be personalized.

Yes, we are equipped with payment terminals.

Yes, a secure payment terminal is available on our website.

Upon presenting a valid ISIC card, a 5% student discount can be applied.

Verification and legalization of documents

We do not have a notary directly at our office, but we can arrange notarial certification.

To obtain a certified copy, it is necessary to have the physical original document with a stamp and signature. A copy cannot be made from an electronic document.

If the electronic document bears a valid electronic signature from a public institution, it can be converted into a paper form by a notary.

Unfortunately, copies cannot be made immediately, as we do not have a notary available directly at our office.

Yes, we can arrange Apostille for you. We will need the original documents or their notary-certified copies. For more information, see the “Document Legalization / Apostille” section.

No, foreign documents intended for use in the Czech Republic must be legalized in the respective country. For more information, see the “Document Legalization” section.

Delivery and Collection

Translations are sent by e-mail, by post/courier, or can be picked up in person at our office.

No, you don’t have to. A third party can pick up the order on your behalf.

No, you don’t have to. For common languages, documents can be delivered when picking up the order, or you can send them by mail/courier.

We can send translations by mail or via a selected courier service worldwide.

  • Orders are usually sent by registered mail with tracking available.
  • For international shipments via courier, tracking is also provided.
