These are public administration information systems that will replace the existing register of experts and interpreters and the register of expert institutes.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a929f0a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a929f0a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Apostille or superlegalization of a translation can therefore only be ensured by official (<strong>notarial<\/strong>) verification of the translator&#8217;s signature on the translation clause, or by obtaining an <strong>extract<\/strong> from the information system of court translators and interpreters, which is issued by notaries.<\/p>\n<p>The extract from the list <strong>must be certified by a notary or a notary candidate who has been appointed as a representative of a notary, or a notary candidate who has been authorized by a notary to perform legalization and certification in relation to foreign countries<\/strong>.
