In the Czech Republic, Commercial Registers are maintained by the competent registration courts, namely regional courts and the Municipal Court in Prague. However, certified Commercial Register extract translations can also be provided on an express basis within 2, 4, 8, 12, or 24 hours from receipt of the order.
